At this time, we are collecting the artists information. City Hall only wants to know who is involved and the theme of the exhibition. They will issue dates and requirements only after the proposal is reviewed and approved. All artists who return the questionnaire and send the appropriate documents by July 15, 2017 will automatically be considered. The amount of artwork to be displayed, installation and take-down dates and time, artist fee (cost) and other pertinent information is  yet to be determined. As soon as the exhibition is approved, participating artists will be notified.
